To claim coverage under the lifetime warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and meet all other warranty requirements.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. It also excludes damage caused by improper care or maintenance. The lifetime warranty applies only to the structural integrity of the product and does not include replacement parts such as straps, rain hoods, or rubber components.Warranty Exclusions:Vessel warranty covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear.
