Lifetime Warranty for Carbon Collection:
The Carbon Collection is covered by an exclusive lifetime warranty, ensuring the highest level of support and durability for our premium products. This lifetime warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship and remains valid for the lifetime of the original owner. To claim coverage under the lifetime warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and meet all other warranty requirements.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. It also excludes damage caused by improper care or maintenance. The lifetime warranty applies only to the structural integrity of the product and does not include replacement parts such as straps, rain hoods, or rubber components.
Warranty Exclusions:
Vessel warranty covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, abrasions, staining, fading, misuse, or neglect. Vessel does not warrant any products or parts that have been tampered with or altered in any way. Damages to the legs or bag that occur during exchanging carbon fiber legs will not be covered. With the exception of rubber feet, screws, or golf bag legs, Vessel’s warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Warranty Service:
Should you find your bag to be defective within the one-year warranty period, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Our warranty service includes:
Free Repair Service: We will repair your product free of charge, assuming the issue falls within the warranty coverage.
Replacement: If your product is deemed non-repairable and your warranty is valid within the first year of purchase, we would be happy to send you a new bag as a replacement.
Lifetime Warranty Service (Carbon Collection Only): For eligible Carbon Collection products, Vessel will repair or replace the bag for the lifetime of the product, provided the defect falls within the warranty terms.
Please note that the customer's responsible for providing their own packaging for returning the item. Vessel’s warranty does not cover shipping costs for international repairs or replacements for all products.
Repair Service:
In addition to our one-year warranty, we are proud to offer in-house repairs for the life of the product inclusive of replacement parts, except for rain hoods, straps, and legs.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of the bag to our warehouse. However, we will cover the cost of shipping for the repaired bag back to you.
Please note that Vessel’s warranty policy does not cover shipping costs for international repairs.
Filing a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your email:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Product being returned
Reason for warranty claim
VESSEL order number (If your item was purchased through a retailer or club, please provide a photo of your receipt.)
Photo/video clearly showing the warranty issue
Shipping address for the return or replacement
Once we receive your warranty claim, our dedicated team will review the information provided and respond to your request promptly. We may request additional information or documentation to assess the warranty claim thoroughly. It is important to note that the resolution of your claim is at the discretion of our team.
Please also be aware that this warranty policy is subject to change, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage. Any updates or changes to the warranty policy will be communicated to customers clearly and transparently.
