Orders will be processed within 7 business days. Orders with personalization may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please email our team at [email protected] to request changes.

Standard USA Delivery:

As soon as you make a VESSEL purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to deliver your order on time. Ground orders can take 7 business days to be processed. 

Once shipped, ground shipments can take as little as 3-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast. 

We offer FREE economy shipping for all orders $100+ within the contiguous USA.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require FedEx 2-day delivery.

FedEx 2-Day Delivery: 

For FedEx 2-day shipping, the delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. This timeframe only covers the transit time and does not include the standard processing times. Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays are not counted in this shipping timeframe. Please consider this when placing your order near a holiday.

International Delivery:

We offer FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority shipping, and DHL International Shipping. Orders to Canada and Europe can take up to 4-8 business days and orders to the rest of the world can take up to 8-14 business days.
