What is VESSEL's shipping policy?Updated 7 days ago

Orders will be processed within 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Orders with personalization may take up to 2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) to complete. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please email our team at [email protected] to request changes.

Standard USA Delivery:

As soon as you make a VESSEL purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to deliver your order on time. Ground orders can take 5 business days to be processed before shipment time. 

Once shipped, ground shipments can take 3-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast. 

We offer FREE economy shipping for all orders $300+ within the contiguous USA.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require FedEx 2-day delivery.

FedEx 2-Day Delivery: 

For FedEx 2-Day shipping, delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days from the shipment date. This estimate reflects transit time only and does not include our standard order processing time of up to 5 business days. Please note that weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe. We recommend keeping this in mind when placing orders close to a holiday.

International Delivery:

We offer FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority shipping, and DHL International Shipping. Orders to Canada and Europe can take up to 4-8 business days, and orders to the rest of the world can take up to 8-14 business days. Only select items are available for international shipping.
