- Navigate to the login page on our website.
- Enter the email that you used to create your account, and then click Continue with email.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email that you used to create your Shopify account.
- Click Reset password.
- You're sent an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click Reset password.
- Enter your new password in the Confirm password field.
- Click Reset password.
- Return to your Shopify login page and log in with your new password.
