First off, make sure you are logged into your account here. Once you're logged in, at checkout there will be a drop-down option prompting you to redeem points. 

Points are not combinable with any other promotion or discount (i.e. discount codes, gift with purchase). If your points are unavailable at checkout please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you!
