How do I file a warranty claim?Updated a month ago

Please read the full VESSEL Warranty before filing a claim. 

If you need to file a warranty claim, please reach out to [email protected] via email with the following information: 

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • VESSEL order number - If your item was purchased through a retailer or club, please provide us with a photo of your receipt
  • Photo/video of warranty issue 
  • Shipping address

Things to note before beginning a claim: 

  • Some products are not eligible for warranty replacements. Please review the full VESSEL warranty before filing a claim. 
  • If a replacement accessory or repair will resolve the warranty claim, the claim will not be eligible for an entire replacement unit as well.
  • The VESSEL Warranty covers product defects and does not cover accidental damage from misuse of the product.
  • Additional information may be required to complete a claim.
