At VESSEL, we want your holiday shopping experience to be as effortless and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’re offering an extended holiday return and exchange window. All purchases made on or after November 6, 2025, may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2026.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. Proof of purchase and original order number are required to process the return.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable

• Gift Cards are non-refundable

• Promotional Gift Cards are void if the order is returned

• Promotional gifts must be included in the return

• A 10% restocking fee applies to returns missing any included parts (such as towel rings, straps, rain hoods, or promotional gifts)

Golf Bag Returns

• Golf Bags and Soft Travel Cases: A flat $50 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Accessories: A flat $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Golf Travel Hard Case: A flat $100 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Alternatively, you may provide your shipping label.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are free – no label or return fees.
