Gift Returns Made Simple
We’re delighted to make your gift return experience effortless. Whether you have the original order details or not, our Vessel Returns Portal will guide you every step of the way.

If You Have the Original Order Information
In the “Returning or Exchanging a Gift?” section, click Start Here.
Enter the original order number and shipping ZIP code.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide (not the purchaser’s).
Click Start a Gift Return.
Complete the short form with the required details.
Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Choose your preferred option: store credit or a replacement item.
Submit your return to finalize the process.
Your return will be processed promptly, and you’ll receive updates along the way. The original purchaser will not be contacted at any point during the process.
If You Don’t Have the Original Order Information
In the “Returning or Exchanging a Gift?” section, click Start Here.
Select “Don’t have your order information?” to open the alternate form.
Provide the following details:
The gift giver’s name
The product being returned
If applicable, the item you’d like in exchange
If applicable, any additional context
Your contact email
Your shipping address
Click Continue to submit your information.
Our Customer Care Team will locate the original order and assist you in completing your return. The original purchaser will not be contacted.
