At VESSEL, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

Shipping & handling are non-refundable. 

  • Custom & personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Promotional gift cards are void upon order return.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for missing parts in order (towel rings, straps, rain hoods, etc.).

Golf Bag Returns

  • There is a flat $20 return label fee for all golf bags + golf travel cases, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • There is a flat $40 return label fee for the Golf Travel Hard Case.
  • Buyer may use their own return label.

Can I return or exchange my custom or personalized bag?

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your custom bag was made just for you! 

Does VESSEL pay return shipping?

VESSEL will cover the shipping fee for returns and exchanges, except golf bags and golf travel cases. There is a $20 return label fee for golf bags or golf travel cases returned for a refund. There is a flat $40 return label fee for the Golf Travel Hard Case returned for a refund. Domestic USA only. Returns outside the domestic US are subject to carrier fees and duties (if applicable.)

I received a free gift with my purchase, can I keep the gift?

No, if you return your order, the gift with purchase would need to be returned as well. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

I submitted a return request, what’s next?

Once a request is submitted, it will be responded to within 24-48 business hours with return instructions.

Can I add personalization to my exchange item?

Yes! Please reach out to [email protected] before filling out an exchange request and we will advise on the next steps. Please note, that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been marked as delivered, it may take 2-3 business days to be processed before you will see the refund notification.

When will I receive my exchange item? 

Once the returned item has been received and processed, we will ship out the new item. You will receive the tracking number once the new item has shipped.

I purchased a sale item, can I return my items?

Please note that some reduced-cost items purchased during our sale event are marked as final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected].
