At VESSEL, we want your holiday shopping experience to be as effortless and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’re offering an extended holiday return and exchange window. All purchases made on or after November 6, 2025, may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2026.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. Proof of purchase and original order number are required to process the return.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable
Gift Cards are non-refundable
Promotional Gift Cards are void if the order is returned
Promotional gifts must be included in the return
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns missing any included parts (such as towel rings, straps, rain hoods, or promotional gifts)
Golf Bag Returns
- Golf Bags and Soft Travel Cases: A flat $50 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Accessories: A flat $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Golf Travel Hard Case: A flat $100 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Alternatively, you may provide your shipping label.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free – no label or return fees.

Can I return or exchange my custom or personalized bag?
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your custom bag was made just for you!
Does VESSEL pay return shipping?
VESSEL will cover the shipping fee for returns and exchanges, except golf bags and golf travel cases. There is a $50 handling fee for golf bags or golf travel cases and a $9.99 handling fee for accessories. There is a flat $100 return label fee for the Golf Travel Hard Case returned for a refund. Domestic USA only. Returns outside the domestic US are subject to carrier fees and duties (if applicable.)
I received a free gift with my purchase, can I keep the gift?
No, if you return your order, the gift with the purchase would need to be returned as well. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
I submitted a return request, what’s next?
Once a request is submitted, it will be responded to within 24-48 business hours with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been marked as delivered, it may take 2-3 business days to be processed before you will see the refund notification.
I purchased a discounted item, can I return my items?
