To initiate the return or exchange process, please follow the steps below:
- Visit our returns portal: Vessel Returns & Exchanges
- Enter your order information: Fill in the required fields with your order number and any other details requested.
- Select the item and reason: Choose the item you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for your return/exchange from the available options.
- Choose return or exchange: Indicate whether you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different size, color, or variant.
- Generate a return label: Once you've completed the necessary information, the portal will generate a return label for you if you choose to. Print the label and securely attach it to the package.
- Ship the item back to us: Send the package containing the item to the provided return address using a shipping method of your choice.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will promptly process your refund or exchange according to our return/exchange policy. Please note that it may take a few business days to process the return and for the refund/exchange to be reflected in your account.
