How do I add my name and/or company logo?Updated 2 days ago

To add personalization, go to the product page and select the color and size you would like. Then, click "personalization." It will give you the option to upload a logo and/or name to view a preview. We will remove any colored backgrounds from the logo provided.

How long does it take?

Personalized orders will take longer to ship and may take up to 3 weeks for completion (not including weekends or holidays) from the date of purchase. This window may be delayed during observed holidays or promotions.

Can I put a trademarked logo on my bag?

We require written permission from the organization to put any trademark or copyright logos on your bag. This includes country club logos.

Are the name or logos stitched to the bag?

Yes! All of our personalized or custom orders are embroidered.

Can I add personalization to my VESSEL bag that I already own?

Yes! You can remove and ship back the removable ball panel that you have on your current bag and we can embroider that in house. Please contact [email protected] to begin your order.

Do you require any specific file type or size?

PNG or JPEG digital files are accepted on our online personalizer. If you have a logo in a different file type (PDF, SVG, EPS and AI, etc), please email [email protected] and we can connect you with a designer.

Minimum dimension size: 200 x 200px with a 72 ppi resolution 

Are personalized orders refundable? 

No, personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can I add my name and/or logo to a sale item? 

Unfortunately, some discounted items may not be eligible for personalization.
