How do I request a return or exchange?Updated 7 days ago
To initiate the return or exchange process, please follow the steps below:
- Visit our returns portal: Vessel Returns & Exchanges
- Enter your order information: Fill in the required fields with your order number and email or phone number.
- Select the item and reason: Choose the item you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for your return/exchange from the available options.
- Choose return or exchange: Indicate whether you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for the same item or a new item
- Generate a return label: Once you've completed the necessary information, the portal will generate a return label for you if you choose to. Print the label and securely attach it to the package.
- Ship the item back to us: Send the package containing the item to the provided return address using a shipping method of your choice.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will promptly process your refund or exchange according to our return/exchange policy. Please note that it may take a few business days to process the return and for the refund/exchange to be reflected in your account.

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

Personalized or customized products
Items that have been used or are not in original condition
Gift cards
If you purchased VESSEL items at another retailer, please return the item directly to that retailer, as we are unable to process returns for purchases made outside of vesselgolf.com.
