Effective Date: June 20, 2025.
1. Our Commitment to You
At Vessel, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty Policy is designed to provide peace of mind and clarity on how we stand behind our products. It outlines the terms under which we provide limited warranty coverage and how we aim to support you if something goes wrong.
2. Coverage Scope
This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable state or national laws. This limited warranty provides coverage for eligible repairs or replacements at no cost for parts and labor.
Please note that customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries are responsible for all shipping-related costs associated with a replacement product during a warranty claim.
2.1 Warranty Duration
Vessel warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
2.2 Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers, warranty coverage is valid when the following conditions are met:
The product was purchased through Vessel or an authorized Vessel retailer.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
The product was purchased as new (not used, refurbished, or secondhand).
The product has not been tampered with or modified in any way.
This limited warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. The following types of damage or conditions are excluded from coverage:
3.1 Accidental Damage
Unintentional physical damage caused by sudden or unexpected events, including but not limited to:
Drops or falls, such as when the bag is dropped from a golf cart, vehicle, or elevated surface.
Liquid exposure, including spills from sunscreen, alcohol, bug-spray, or other fluids that may stain or warp materials.
Physical impacts, such as damage caused by improper baggage handling, golf club strikes, or collisions with hard surfaces.
3.2 Normal Wear and Tear
Gradual deterioration of materials or components due to normal use over time. Non-covered wear includes, but is not limited to:
Friction marks or minor surface abrasions in high-contact areas, such as from a cart strap or where the bottom frame contacts the ground.
Fading, staining, or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, sweat, grass, dirt, or other environmental factors.
Natural leather aging, including patina development, minor cracking, or textural changes due to exposure to oils or moisture.
3.3 Misuse and Neglect
Damage caused by improper handling or use outside of the intended design, including:
Overloading, dragging, or improper storage.
Not following the Care Guidelines.
3.4 Used, Refurbished, or Secondhand Items
Warranty coverage does not apply to products purchased as used, refurbished, or secondhand items, including those purchased from unauthorized resale platforms. (e.g., online marketplaces like eBay or Facebook Marketplace).
3.5 Unauthorized Alterations
Products or components that have been modified or tampered with without explicit written consent are not eligible for warranty service.
3.6 Installation Damage
Damage to hardware or material occurring during the installation or exchange of personalized carbon fiber legs is not covered.
3.7 Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen items are not covered under this limited warranty.
3.8 Unauthorized Sales Channels
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors are excluded from warranty coverage.
3.9 Shipping Costs
Customers outside the contiguous U.S. are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
3.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vessel does not accept liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every item we create, and we are committed to supporting you should any concerns arise within the scope of this warranty.
4. Warranty Service
4.1 Repair Service
If a defective product is found to be repairable and qualifies under this warranty, Vessel will offer:
A free in-house repair, inclusive of parts and labor, for issues within scope.
If your claim is approved, Vessel will provide a prepaid shipping label for contiguous U.S.-based customers only.
4.2 Replacement
If the product is determined to be non-repairable and the limited warranty is valid, Vessel will issue a replacement product of equal value.
4.3 Gift Card
If a repair or replacement isn't possible—such as when a product is discontinued—we may offer a gift card value equal to the original purchase price (excluding tax and shipping) of the item, which can be used toward any available item at www.vesselgolf.com.
This option is provided as a goodwill resolution and does not limit your rights under applicable state or national consumer protection laws.
4.4 Your Role in the Warranty Process
To help us provide prompt and accurate service, we kindly ask that you:
Share your proof of purchase with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Package the product securely for return transit.
Be honest and accurate in your claim submission. Fraudulent claims, including altered documentation or misrepresented damage, may void warranty eligibility.
5. Warranty Claims Outside the Contiguous U.S.
5.1 International Shipping
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other countries are responsible for all shipping-related costs associated with a warranty claim. To minimize these expenses, we recommend purchasing from an authorized Vessel International distributor in your region. This helps streamline your support and reduce potential shipping costs for warranty services.
5.2 Local Rights
You may have other legal rights not contained in this limited warranty that vary from country to country.
6. Submitting a Warranty Claim
6.1 Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Warranty Claim”, and include the following:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Product description
Reason for warranty claim
Vessel order number or a copy of the receipt from an authorized retailer
Clear photos or videos of the defect
Return or replacement shipping address
6.2 What to Expect
Our Customer Experience and Quality teams will carefully review your submission.
We may request additional documentation or information and will evaluate your claim in accordance with this policy.
7. Policy Changes
This policy may change over time. The warranty that applies is the one in effect at the time of your original purchase. Any updates will be clearly communicated through our official channels.
